In order to achieve a healthy life, we're highly advised to manage anything that we consume everyday because it's now undeniable that in market there are lots of unhealthy foods being offered where junk food is likely everywhere. We should really aware of it because if we regularly consume it in certain period then we will suffer from its negative side effect to our body.


Besides avoiding junk food, we should also consume nutritional supplements to boost our healthy life level. The supplements can be anything as long as they are subtracted from natural substance and contain no chemical substance. Supplements have proven to give huge benefits for human body in which they can increase our body and health performance.

As a water-soluble vitamin, vitamin b12 has plenty of functions for human body as followed to handle the brain's function in order to avoid dementia and poor memory, development of body's blood for human and it's important for cell division which manages the DNA as well neurological system. People whose enough vitamin b12 is also get better health. Especially for the woman, this vitamin is also solution for reducing anemia disease, which mostly faced by woman. Anemia is such a disease caused by the lack of blood which woman usually feels fatigue and sometimes headache.
