A magnitude 4.6 earthquake has struck the Puerto Rico Region, North Atlantic Ocean at a depth of 15.1 km ( 9.4 miles), the quake hit at 23:55:57 UTC Saturday 24th September 2011.The epicenter was 348 km (216 miles) North of Arecibo, Puerto Rico
